Refund policy

All Sales Final on Intimate & Personal-Use Devices Due to the intimate nature of products such as Ferticare 2.0, Viberect Pro, Vacuum Pumps, Intimate Rider items, and similar personal-use devices, all sales are final. For safety and sanitary reasons, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once shipped.

Returns on Other Unopened Products Unopened non-intimate products may be returned for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee within 5 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Refused unopened items that return to our facility will also incur a 20% restocking fee. No opened item is refundable after sale.

Please note, our products are personal-use devices. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be resold and must be destroyed to protect both customers and staff from potential health risks.

Warranty Limitations The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering, or alterations of the product in any way, including attempting to open the device, improper handling, cleaning, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions in the User's Guide. Manufacturer's liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of a defective product.

Credit Card Purchase Terms & Agreement By using medicalvibrator.com's secure checkout, you are authorizing charges to your credit card to process your order. By completing your purchase, you are providing electronic consent for all product and applicable shipping charges to the card used. Please note that charges will appear as Orion Medical Group on your credit card statement.

Customer agrees not to dispute or charge back credit card charges for products ordered and received, for products not returned, or for products returned without authorization. Customer understands that chargebacks outside the terms of this agreement may be referred to a third-party collection agency, as an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a debt owed to Orion Medical Group. Any additional fees or costs incurred in the debt collection process will be the responsibility of the customer.
